When the Harry Potter series ended, Watson tried detaching herself from Hermione Granger. She starred in The Perks of Being A Wallflower, The Bling Ring, and Little Women which all proved that Watson could embody another character. However, like Hermione, Watson is still an outspoken advocate for many humanitarian movements.
Orlando Brown will be forever known as Eddie on That's So Raven, but before being on the show, Brown appeared as recurring characters on several sitcoms such as Family Matters and The Jamie Foxx Show. But similar to many Disney stars, what followed was Orlando Brown's unfortunate unraveling.

Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy's rivalry gave spice to the Harry Potter movies. This rivalry however turned dark as the franchise progressed with many applauding the characters' development, especially Malfoy. Tom Felton, who plays Draco, is the opposite of his character and the first Harry Potter movie is not his start like many thought. In 1997, Felton played Peagreen Clock in The Borrowers, marking his first acting credit.
The end of the Harry Potter saga only paved way for Felton to take more projects. He played roles in Rise of the Planet of the Apes, The Apparition, Message from the King, and CW's The Flash.

The success of the film also helped Furlong land several prominent acting jobs. He had lead roles in Pet Sematary 2 and American History X. The '80s film The Goonies wouldn't be complete without the "Truffle Shuffle" performed by Jeff Cohen. Cohen who played Chunk had director Richard Donner impressed with his raw acting. It was the director's idea to put Cohen on a tropical shirt as a jab as Cohen noted that it was the wardrobe he's been wearing in all his acting jobs. Despite being in a hit film, Cohen decided not to pursue acting further.

It's jarring that even if the current Henry Thomas has the same face as the young one, it's still not easy to believe that he's the young Elliot from E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial. Since his work for the Spielberg-helmed film, Thomas flew under the radar and was silently building up his acting resume.
His name was heard of again when he appeared in the Netflix horror hit The Haunting of Hill House and its spiritual sequel, The Haunting of Bly Manor.
